sweatshirt fabric is a type of knit fabric made from interlocking loops. Unlike other knit fabrics such as Jersey sweatshirt fabric has an additional thread knitted into the reverse side, which is then brushed. This makes the reverse side wonderfully soft and warm. The fabric drapes beautifully and is very comfortable to wear; it is firmer and has a more substantial feel than Jersey ....
