Shipment

Available items will be sent by post. The shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

• Domestic large letter (uninsured): CHF 3.50
• Domestic large letters (insured): CHF 5.00
• Parcel B Mail: CHF 7.00
• Parcel A Mail: CHF 9.00

We send a maximum of 80cm jersey fabric or 1m cotton woven fabric in a large letter. In the case of uninsured shipping, the customer is responsible.

From a goods value of CHF 95.00 we ship free of charge within Switzerland.

On request, the goods can also be collected from Urmelis Stoffwelt Eberhart in Wohlen.

 

International shipping

We ship to other European countries at the following shipping prices,

• insured maxi letter up to 1kg: CHF 25.00
• Parcel up to 2kg: CHF 35.00
• Parcel up to 5kg: CHF 43.00

Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment is made in advance or PayPal.

 

Delivery times and conditions

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made from stock to the delivery address you have specified. We usually ship the next day at the latest.

Urmelis Stoffwelt Eberhart is entitled to partial deliveries. This does not result in any additional costs for the customer.

Passing of risk: after the delivery or partial delivery has been handed over to the carrier, the risk passes to you, regardless of who bears the transport costs. Please inform the transport company and Urmelis Stoffwelt Eberhart immediately of any transport damage so that you can assert claims
