Purchasing

By placing an order, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions and thereby enters into a contractual relationship with Urmelis Stoffwelt Eberhart.

Prices

The prices include 7.7% VAT, excluding postage and packaging.

Payment

In the age of online banking, for the sake of the environment, we refrain from sending payment slips. 

The invoice is payable within 10 days after receiving the goods to the following account:

We kindly ask you to note the invoice number.

In case of paying at the post office counter, an additional fee of CHF 3.00 applies.

We reserve the right to insist on prepayment in the event of poor creditworthiness or a large invoice amount.

The goods remain the property of Urmelis Stoffwelt Eberhart until full payment has been made. The reminder fee is CHF 20.00 and will be charged from the second reminder.

There is also the opportunity to pay by credit card, Twint or PayPal.

 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 10 days after the goods have been received by the intended recipient, without giving reasons, by returning the unused goods in their original packaging. Goods sold by the meter such as fabrics or ribbons are non-refundable.

Always send returns with sufficient postage and enclose the original invoice with the return shipment. Returns sent freight collect cannot be accepted.

If the goods already show signs of use, Urmelis Stoffwelt Eberhart reserves the right to charge you for the depreciation and the value of use. There is no right of withdrawal for cut goods such as ribbons and fabrics.

Timely dispatch to: Urmelis Stoffwelt Eberhart, Anita Eberhart, Zentralstrasse 1, 5610 Wohlen, is sufficient to meet the deadline for the right of withdrawal.

If you withdraw your consent in good time, you are no longer bound by the contract with Urmelis Stoffwelt Eberhart. We will pay you back the purchase price you have already paid – minus any depreciation if necessary.

 

Place of Jurisdiktion

The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Bremgarten AG.

 

Urmeli Points

Urmeli points are collected with every order. You get one point for every franc you buy. From 400 points (= CHF 20.00) these can be redeemed with the next order. A field will automatically appear in the shopping cart asking if you want to redeem it. The minimum order value to redeem the points is 80 Fr.
There are no Urmeli points for campaigns and special offers or postage costs. Unredeemed points expire after 1 year.
