Contrary to many rumours, viscose is not a pure synthetic fibre, but an industrially manufactured product made from natural cellulose. It is very similar to cotton but is a little heavier.

Jersey knit, also known as tricot, is a knitted product, mostly with elastane. Its light and soft feel makes it the most popular fabric for t-shirts. But also dresses, blouses and much more.

• You still need a matching thread or a matching plain fabric? We are happy to choose the right one for you!
• Jersey knit is best sewn with an overlock machine, but the overlock stitch on a normal sewing machine or a zigzag also work well.
• The fabric can shrink up to 5%.
• For sewing, we recommend a Jersey knit sewing needle, which is suitable for hemming a twin needle best.
• We deliver the fabric folded, it is cut in one piece.
• The colors may vary depending on the screen, we are happy to help with possible combinations.
