No child's room should be without one: the teddy bear! Now kullaloo finally offers this classic cuddly toy for you to sew yourself. JOSHI is the name of this strong bear companion, who, at just under 50 cm from head to toe, is the perfect size for hugging and cuddling. JOSHI does n't have the traditional teddy bear joints ; instead, his arms and legs dangle from his body. You simply can't resist his loyal gaze, and if you use a beautiful, fluffy fabric to sew his teddy bear, he's sure to become the number one cuddly friend in your home!
To sew a teddy you should bring a sewing machine , sewing experience and about 4-5 hours of time.
IMPORTANT: You do NOT need an embroidery machine to sew the teddy bear! The eyes and nose are appliquéd with Vliesofix and sewn on using a regular household sewing machine. The light spots in the eyes and the whiskers are easily sewn on by hand using embroidery floss (hand embroidery thread). You can find many helpful videos here , for example, on hand embroidery or appliquéing with Vliesofix.
However, if you are the lucky owner of an embroidery machine, you can purchase the embroidery file for the teddy face separately or in a set with the Teddy JOSHI sewing instructions !
