Linen - Georgio mélange emerald

    Do you still need a suitable thread? We'll be happy to choose the right one for you!  
    Linen fabric frays, so be sure to neaten the edges. It can be sewn with a straight stitch. If the overlock machine is used, the heavily stressed seams should also be secured with a straight stitch.
    The fabric shrinks up to 10%, so be sure to prewash.
    We deliver the fabric folded and it is cut in one piece.    
    The colors may vary depending on the screen, we are happy to help with possible combinations.

Washing recommendation

    It is best to wash linen fabrics in cold or lukewarm water.
    Use a mild detergent that is suitable for delicate fabrics.
    Avoid washing linen with other items of clothing that could potentially shed lint or dye.
    Linen fabrics can be tumble dried or air dried. If you choose to tumble dry, use a low temperature and remove the fabric when it is still slightly damp.
    If you want to iron linen, you should iron the fabric while it is still slightly damp or treat it with steam.

Also note that linen fabrics may shrink slightly the first time they are washed. It is therefore best to wash the fabric before sewing. With these simple tips you can ensure that your linen fabrics stay beautiful and long-lasting!
