      Organ's sewing machine needles ensure the correct insertion of the needle in the sewing machine thanks to the flattened piston. The degree of flattening is perfectly adapted to the respective needle size in order to ensure the ideal distance between the needle and looper for perfect loop formation. In addition, the eye of the sewing machine needles is specially polished, which prevents thread breakage, regardless of the sewing speed of the machine.

      The sewing machine needles Super-Stretch from Organ Needles are specially made for stretchy fabrics and fabrics with an elastic component. The medium ball point, the relatively larger needle eye and a thickening in front of the needle eye contribute to the formation of larger loops as well as a continuous material expansion over the course of the seam. This avoids skipped stitches.

      The needle can be used to sew stretchy woven fabrics such as jersey, but also fabrics with a percentage of elastane. The needles also process any standard sewing thread very reliably.
