Jersey, also known as tricot, is a knitted cotton fabric, mostly with elastane. Its light and soft feel makes it the most popular fabric for t-shirts. But jogging pants, hats, dresses and much more can also be sewn from it.

Do you still need a suitable thread or a suitable plain fabric? We are happy to choose the right one for you!
Jersey is best sewn with an overlock machine, but the overlock stitch on a normal sewing machine or a zigzag also work well.
The fabric can shrink up to 5%.
We recommend a jersey sewing needle for sewing, a twin needle is best for hemming.
We deliver the fabric folded, it is cut in one piece.
The colors may vary depending on the screen, we are happy to help with possible combinations.
washing recommendation
Washable at 30°C, do not use optical brighteners.
