With the "my Pepe" pattern, you can sew a practical softshell jacket. The divisions in the upper chest and back, as well as in the arm areas, allow you to combine fabrics; plain fabrics are particularly effective here.
The pattern also includes great additions like a detachable hood, hidden thumbhole cuffs, elastic in the hood and hem, and several pocket variations. Our detailed sewing instructions show you all the steps in detail.
The "my Pepe" paper pattern includes a pattern in sizes 32-58. In our shop, you can also find the eBook "Pablo," a 3-in-1 softshell jacket with a zip-out fleece jacket, and "Pedro," a sporty fleece jacket. All patterns are similar, but tailored to individual needs in terms of fit and cut.
All types of softshell are suitable for the "Pepe" softshell jacket. Softshell is robust, comfortable, and water-repellent, making it suitable for any weather condition. You can also use scuba fabric, which has a neoprene-like outer surface and a jersey-like underside. If you prefer, you can also sew Pepe from boiled wool or oilskin.
For the jacket you will also need a divisible zipper and optionally fold-over elastic, grosgrain ribbon or woven ribbon to hide the seams as well as cuffs.
