General License Terms:
• All designs are subject to copyright. Purchasing a plotter file does not grant you any rights to the designs (graphics and designs); these rights remain with Anita Eberhart.
• The plotter file is to be used exclusively for creating the plotter motif on a cutting plotter. The plotter file may not be used for other purposes, such as creating fabric designs.
• Plotter files are digital products which cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Reproduction, modification, copying or other distribution of the digital data is not permitted.
• The non-commercial distribution of individually plotted motifs such as iron-on motifs, patches, stickers, wall tattoos, etc. is permitted.
Plotter files for private use:
• The motifs may be used privately
• The distribution of the plotted works is permitted for private purposes
• For commercial use, a commercial license is required
• Furthermore, the “General License Conditions” apply

Plotter files for commercial use:
• With the commercial license, series of up to 100 plotted motifs can be created and sold.
COPY PROTECTION:
Automatic or manual tracing of motifs in plotter software is not permitted. For photos showing the processed motif, it must be ensured that this is not possible!
Furthermore, the following should be noted:
• Photos showing fully plotted and weeded motifs must be provided with sufficient copy protection on the plotter motif
• All digital data located in the download folder may never be displayed without copy protection.
