DIP DYE is actually a hair coloring trend in which the tips of the hair are dyed, creating an effective color gradient. And that's exactly how it is with our new kullaloo DIP DYE long-haired plush: while the plush has a darker base color, the tips of the shaggy hairs are cream-white! This gives the plush a very unusual look, as if it were dusted with powder or the tips of the hair were frozen.

Due to the two-tone color, the plush looks more natural and resembles real fur. Especially with cuddly toys sewn from it, great effects are created: In places where the shaggy plush bulges due to the stuffing with fiberfill, the darker color flashes more than on more even areas. This gives your cuddly friend's "fur" more structure and looks more real. But the fluffy plush with the 2-colour look is also perfect for blankets and pillows, for dog baskets and as the lining of jackets!

DIP DYE shaggy plush fabric is ultra cuddly and loses none of its incomparable softness, even after many washes. At the same time, it is easy to care for (washable at 30°, suitable for tumble drying), so you will enjoy your self-sewn piece for a long time.

SHAGGY is available in different lengths: 15 mm, 20 mm and 30 mm pile. The hairs are particularly fine, not felty at all, and can be smoothed out in one direction. For a special fuzzy effect, you can cut against the grain, so the hairs stand out from the sewn part. On the back of the plush there is smooth knitting, so that you can easily trace pattern parts on it. Like all kullaloo fabrics, SuperSoft SHAGGY DIP DYE is also suitable for sewing babies and children because it has been tested for harmful substances in accordance with the European standard for toys EN 71-3 and 71-9 (certificates available on request).
