Waffle pique - mauve

Terry is a textile fabric that has particularly good absorbency due to its structure. The name probably derives from the French term "frotter" which means "to rub dry". Typical for terry are the loops on its top and bottom. Bamboo gives the fabric a particularly soft and pleasant feel. For cuddly baby things, bathrobes, make-up pads and much more.

• You still need a suitable thread? We are happy to choose the right one for you!
• If the loops get caught in the feed dog while sewing, you can put a strip of stabilizer between the fabric and the feed dog and tear it out after sewing. Alternatively, you can also use baking paper.
• Terry frays and pills heavily. Therefore keep the vacuum cleaner nearby and neaten the edges before sewing. You can also sew it up well with the overlock machine.
• For sewing, we recommend an 80s or 90s solid versal needle.
• We deliver the fabric folded, it is cut in one piece.
• The colors may vary depending on the screen, we are happy to help with possible combinations.
