Sew yourself a playful sweatshirt dress with a tulip skirt using the "Chloe" paper pattern. Depending on your fabric choice, you can create an elegant evening dress or a pretty everyday dress. The tulip dress features practical pockets, which, combined with the box pleats, emphasize the dress's distinctive shape. For a better fit, the dress is sewn with bust darts. You can also sew the skirt separately with an elastic waistband. You can also choose between short or long sleeves and different neckline variations for the dress.
The paper pattern contains:
- Cutting sheets for sizes 32 to 48
- Variations: short and long sleeves, neckline with cuffs or facing, separate skirt, optional pockets
- Handy booklet with size charts, cutting plans and tips for adjusting sizes
Fabric recommendation:
only stretchy fabrics, a summer sweat (cotton with 5% elastane) is ideal
For the neckline cuff you need 5 cm of cuff fabric, for the version with facing you need approx. 30 x 30 cm of jersey or smooth cuff fabric.
If you sew the skirt separately, you will need an additional 3 cm wide elastic band, approximately 70 to 100 cm depending on the size.
